Choosing Wedding Colors

I was browsing today and came across The Inspired Bride blog. You must check it out. My favorite thing they post is color choice collages. So many ideas on how to mix and match color. And let me tell you, from a photographer’s perspective, color is FABULOUS! Bright, poppy colors can really add that extra punch to photographs. So, as you start planning your wedding (or even your next family picture), keep color in mind. Don’t be afraid to mix and match colors and have fun with it! Here’s a few that I really loved:

bluewhiteorange

poolwhityelgold

goldenwhitegray

gardenrose

peachmagblush

stonecrurose

Aren’t they GORGEOUS combinations? I think they all could easily double as fabulous clothing color choices for engagements, or family or children’s portraits, don’t you?

color has always been a high for me–especially new and exciting combinations. Imagine when we get to heaven what the gardens will be like! I loved the combinations you showed on “the Inspired Bride” blog. Any colors can be exciting in the right combination and design–especially the strategic “splash”. How grateful I am for my eyes–to be able to enjoy beautiful things. Love you.
