Meet my second family. I literally spent almost every day of my childhood at the home of my Uncle Levor and Aunt Chris. Their daughter Melinda and I are a month and 10 days apart and grew up like sisters. To say that they have a big family is an understatement. This is the first time they’ve all been together in a while, and there’s now 44 of them!! It was a little bit of a feat to get them all together, looking and smiling, but I did it (with Jake’s fantastic help). Check it out:
The couple that started it all. Don’t they look great?
While waiting for everyone to arrive, I snapped a few photos. Doug (top left) just returned from his mission. Welcome home! And don’t you love all those cute kids? As for the middle row, my cousin Eric and I had a little “model shoot” fun. He definitely worked the camera, don’t you think? hahaha
Their backyard is full of hummingbird feeders and, consequently, a million hummingbirds. My uncle showed up how to put our hands around the feeders and the birds will land on your hands! It was awesome (and a little scary when one of them zoomed right at my face!)

That is quite the feat!!! Way to go! What a fun big family! How many kids do your aunt and uncle have? My guess is 10 – am I right? What a great picture!
